You are not alone I have been where you are.
I had to discover ways to survive, and then thrive. I can help you to get there too. Loss is inevitable, and happens to all of us at some point in life. Grief is the natural part of the healing process.
There is no time limit or predictable schedule for grieving. This can be a painful process. It can also difficult to be long-suffering with oneself, kind to oneself, and to continue to do self-care on a regular basis.
These are normal grief reactions:
- Feel like you are “going crazy”
- Have difficulty concentrating
- Feel sad or depressed
- Be irritable or angry (at the deceased, oneself, others, higher powers)
- Feel frustrated or misunderstood
- Experience anxiety, nervousness, or fearfulness
- Feel like you want to “escape”
- Experience guilt or remorse
- Be ambivalent
- Feel numb
- Lack energy and motivation
You will not have to go through this journey alone, you will be met with compassion and understanding to find peace on the other side of loss. I will honor your grief process, and help you transform and infuse your life to give it new meaning.
